Kn9 Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

Kn9 is a licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the kn9 website, mobile site, and all associated services. The Terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final and binding.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on kn9:

• The minimum deposit is ৳50 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Maximum limits depend on your account's VIP level.

• Odds in live betting change constantly. For bets confirmed during an odds change, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the bet will be settled based on the remaining events.
• kn9 reserves the right to set maximum win limits. If winnings from a single bet exceed the set limit, only the amount up to that limit will be paid out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kn9 and will result in serious action if detected:

• Any attempt to fix matches or influence the outcome of an event.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Accessing another person's account without authorization or engaging in hacking.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or glitches.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

Kn9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions or participating in any prohibited activities.
• If KYC documents requested are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If the player themselves requests self-exclusion or account closure.
• As directed by a regulatory authority or for legal reasons.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, kn9 may not be obligated to return the balance. However, in standard cases — such as inactivity — the balance will be returned upon account closure.
